It depends on the layout, paper size and staff line spacing. On A4 or US Letter at the default spacing you'll get about 5 grand-staff systems, or roughly 12 staves if you switch to a single clef. Increase the spacing for fewer, larger staves that are easier to write on, or decrease it to fit more.
